How fascinating that after committing to self-focus, we prepare to deal with saboteurs. As you take time for your self and your work, are they starting to show up? What do yours sound like? I have some personal favourites. Let me introduce you to the "Who the Hell do You Think You Are?" gremlin and his cousin, the "You Are SO not Ready for That!" gremlin. Oh, and then there's the ever-articulate "You Suck" gremlin. Are they friends of yours too? Maybe we can throw them all a gremlin social in the vault this week!
This chapter offers some strategies for dealing with these pesky critters and I hope you'll share your own. Andrea Scher has some awesome gremlin-busting tips in this week's interview. By next Friday you are going to be well-set to outplay, outwit and outlast these opponents!
One thing is for sure: saboteurs are a part of pursuing your aspirations. In fact, their appearance is a brilliant clue that you are in the territory of your dreams. They don't waste their time on the piddly stuff. So if they're starting to show up, celebrate the fact that you are stepping towards something magnificent.

Is anyone else finding keeping up with the book heavy going? Or is it just me trying to pack up the house in preparation for a move next week. Starting to question how did i ever manage to collect so many stamps.

This chapter seems so pivotal to me -- so much the heart of the whole book. Or at least, the reason the book exists...
Although not reading this chapter which I will today, I completely resonate with it and I am thankful for your group and loved loved loved the interview!~
Happy Love Day All! This chapter hit home this week as I dealt with my inner critic Broomhilda.
I like the chapters, but I find the interviews contain inspiration for me.
I think this is the core root of our problems. I can't wait to get the book and read thru this.
Happy Valentine's Day to everyone! I am a bit late this week but here.
awesome interview! and to respond above, yes, it is tough keeping up with reading each chapter - you are not alone! i find it comforting to know that some people write first and read later. that's the great thing about this particular book...not like high school english - there is no quiz at the end! :)
The group is so amazing! It's really given me a great reason to keep on schedule with my blogging and something really interesting to talk about too! My question is, what is our next book club selection going to be, 'cause we gotta keep this great thing going!
Can you believe this week marks the halfway point?
My approach to conquering the saboteurs: create an EGO WALL! See my post for ideas!
Happy V-Day, All!
I feel so much creative nutrition here! It's like I'm taking a daily supplement of spiritual goodies! If we are sound in mind, body and spirit we can all heal the wounds we experience in our lives. Thanks for the juice!

I finally have my blog entry posted. It has been one very full and powerful week!
I'm really loving the sense of community this book and blog has brought to my life. I am grateful for all of you.
Yeah me too.... I shall be posting comments over the week.
i'm happy my path brought me here
Love this chapter, as I do all the chapters. I'm managing to keep up, but I don't work outside the home or have kids, and the gremlin Disorganization is keeping me from my art space!
This is a great book, and I'm eager to hear what we study together next!
Hello Ladies,
I am glad to be joining such an illustrious group of creative women!
Yes, this is fabulous. I am so grateful to find this community of creative sisters! And this book is a great choice.... I've had it on my shelf for a long time but had never made the time to read it.
Thanks, Jamie.
Hi Jamie,
Well, I finally posted this entry. It is rather sad looking.

Though I thought I might not get this done this week, I woke up at 5AM this morning and got it done. Yippeeee! I was away in Vienna all week and left my laptop at home so that I'd really have a nice break. it worked and I feel refreshed!

I think saboteurs totally hijacked that post! It's taken me almost the entire week to get it up!
I think sometimes it is necessary for one to acknowledge a mistake and eat a little humble pie. -- last week I left a comment on the 'Next Chapter: 5' page using the word 'bs' about some of the thoughts put out by the author -- Well, there is a at least a bare minimum of 5 other ways to say something without throwing the baby out with the bath water or being disrespectful. So to my colleagues, friends, Jamie and fellow blogger's on this path please accept a heartfelt apology for my choice in expressing myself.
Love & Light
I'm almost caught up! Great chapter...
